With every eligible completed reservation, you earn Altona Miles that can be redeemed toward future bookings. As you continue traveling with Altona Jet, you can unlock higher membership tiers and enjoy additional privileges through our Silver, Gold, and Platinum status levels.


How Do I Earn Altona Miles?

Altona Miles are awarded only for successfully completed reservations.

Miles are automatically credited to your account once the service has been completed.

No Altona Miles will be awarded for canceled, refunded, or non-completed reservations.


How Can I Redeem Altona Miles?

Altona Miles can be used as a discount on eligible future reservations.

Redemption Value

  • 100 Altona Miles = USD 100 discount

  • 200 Altona Miles = USD 200 discount

  • 300 Altona Miles = USD 300 discount

  • 400 Altona Miles = USD 400 discount

Altona Miles may only be redeemed in increments of USD 100.

Examples

If your account balance is 70 Altona Miles, you are not yet eligible for redemption.

If your account balance is 130 Altona Miles:

  • You may redeem USD 100.

  • The remaining 30 Altona Miles will stay in your account.

If your account balance is 480 Altona Miles:

  • You may redeem USD 400.

  • The remaining 80 Altona Miles will stay in your account.

Silver Membership

All Altona Miles members begin at the Silver level.

Silver Benefits

  • Redeem Altona Miles for up to 20% of the reservation value.

  • Miles remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

  • Redeemable for Charter Flights.

  • Redeemable for Empty Leg Flights.

  • Redeemable for Concierge Services.

  • Redeemable for Ground Transfer Services.


Gold Membership

Members who earn or redeem at least 5,000 Altona Miles within a rolling 12-month period are automatically upgraded to Gold status.

Gold Benefits

  • Redeem Altona Miles for up to 25% of the reservation value.

  • Miles remain valid for 15 months from the date they are earned.

  • Redeemable for Charter Flights.

  • Redeemable for Empty Leg Flights.

  • Redeemable for Concierge Services.

  • Redeemable for Ground Transfer Services.

  • Priority quotation and reservation support.


Platinum Membership

Members who earn or redeem at least 10,000 Altona Miles within a rolling 12-month period are automatically upgraded to Platinum status.

Platinum Benefits

  • Redeem Altona Miles for up to 30% of the reservation value.

  • Miles remain valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.

  • Redeemable for Charter Flights.

  • Redeemable for Empty Leg Flights.

  • Redeemable for Concierge Services.

  • Redeemable for Ground Transfer Services.

  • Redeemable for Hotel Reservations.

  • Redeemable for Experiences and Lifestyle Services.

Miles Validity Period

Altona Miles are designed to reward long-term loyalty while encouraging active participation in the program.

Each Altona Mile is tracked individually based on the date it was earned. This means Miles do not expire or reduce as a single account balance. Instead, each Miles transaction follows its own protection and reduction schedule.

The higher your membership status, the longer your Miles remain protected.

Silver Membership

Miles earned under Silver Membership remain fully protected for 12 months from the date they are earned.

After the initial 12-month protection period:

  • Remaining Miles are reduced by 10% every 4 months.
  • Reductions apply only to the specific Miles balance that has reached the applicable age threshold.

Gold Membership

Miles earned under Gold Membership remain fully protected for 15 months from the date they are earned.

After the initial 15-month protection period:

  • Remaining Miles are reduced by 7.5% every 4 months.
  • Reductions apply only to the specific Miles balance that has reached the applicable age threshold.

Platinum Membership

Miles earned under Platinum Membership remain fully protected for 24 months from the date they are earned.

After the initial 24-month protection period:

  • Remaining Miles are reduced by 5% every 6 months.
  • Reductions apply only to the specific Miles balance that has reached the applicable age threshold.

How Does It Work?

Each Miles transaction is tracked separately.

For example:

  • 1,300 Miles earned on July 15, 2026
  • 2,700 Miles earned on August 20, 2026
  • 5,000 Miles earned on August 26, 2026

Each of these Miles balances will follow its own protection and reduction timeline based on the date it was earned.

This approach ensures a fair and transparent rewards experience while allowing members to maximize the value of their Altona Miles over time.

Program Adjustments

Altona Jet reserves the right to modify Miles validity periods, protection schedules, reduction rates, and other program rules with prior notice where applicable.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a reservation is canceled by the customer, any Altona Miles redeemed for that reservation will not be refunded or reinstated.

Operational Cancellations

If a reservation cannot be completed due to operational reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Operator cancellation

  • Weather conditions

  • Technical issues

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Regulatory or safety requirements

  • Other operational circumstances beyond the client's control

any redeemed Altona Miles will be returned to the member's account.

Depending on membership level, Altona Miles may be redeemed for:

  • Private Jet Charter Flights

  • Empty Leg Flights

  • Concierge Services

  • VIP Ground Transfers

  • Hotel Reservations

  • Experiences and Lifestyle Services

  • Additional services that may be added to the program in the future


No Cash Value

Altona Miles:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Cannot be sold.

  • Cannot be traded or exchanged.

  • Cannot be used as collateral or security.


Program Changes

Altona Jet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Altona Miles program, including membership qualifications, earning rates, redemption values, eligible services, validity periods, and other program rules, with prior notice where applicable.

Can I transfer my Altona Miles to another person?

No. Altona Miles are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

No. Altona Miles cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred.
