Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

1. About This Policy

1.1 Who we are. Altona Jet Aviation LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, with its address at 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("AltonaJet", "we", "us" or "our"), arranges private jet charter flights, empty-leg flights, hotels, ground transfers and activities as an intermediary. We do not operate aircraft or provide those services ourselves.

1.2 What this policy covers. This policy explains how we collect, use and share "consumer health data" as defined in the Washington My Health My Data Act (Chapter 19.373 of the Revised Code of Washington) and in Nevada Senate Bill 370 (2023), and how you can exercise your rights over that data. It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy, published on the Platform at /privacy. Capitalized terms used in this policy have the meanings given to them in the Privacy Policy.

2. Consumer Health Data We Collect

2.1 Categories. We do not ask for health information. We collect consumer health data only if you, or the person who makes a Booking for you, choose to give it to us, for example in a special request, an e-mail or a call. This may include information about a health condition, disability, mobility need, pregnancy, medical equipment, oxygen, a stretcher or medication.

2.2 Sources. We collect consumer health data from you or from the person who makes the Booking for you.

3. How We Use Consumer Health Data

3.1 Purposes. We collect and use consumer health data only with your consent or to the extent necessary to provide the Service you request, and only:

• to arrange the assistance you request with the Operator, the Supplier and their handling agents;
• to keep a record of what was requested; and
• to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Sharing of Consumer Health Data

4.1 Categories of recipients. We share consumer health data only with your consent or to the extent necessary to provide the Service you request, and only with:

• the Operator that performs your flight, and the charter marketplaces, brokers and agents through which we arrange it;
• the Supplier of your hotel, transfer or activity, including Hotelbeds;
• airport and ground-handling agents; and
• our Service Providers for hosting, e-mail, electronic signature and telephone services.

4.2 Affiliates. We do not share consumer health data with affiliates.

4.3 No sale. We do not sell consumer health data.

5. Your Rights

5.1 Rights. Subject to the applicable law, you have the right:

• to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data;
• to access that data, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with which we have shared it, and their contact details;
• to withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it; and
• to have it deleted.

5.2 Effect on a Booking. If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete consumer health data that is needed to arrange assistance you requested, we may no longer be able to arrange that assistance, and the rules in our Privacy Policy on the effect of privacy requests on a Booking apply.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

6.1 Requests. To exercise your rights, e-mail sales@altonajet.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request". We will verify your identity as described in the Privacy Policy before we act on a request. We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. Where reasonably necessary, we may extend this period once by a further 45 days, and we will tell you if we do so.

6.2 Appeals. If we refuse your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Appeal". We decide appeals within 45 days of receiving them. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint or, if you live in Nevada, the Nevada Attorney General.
